Workshop/ Mass Accreditation for Silver Syllabus
To all sec2 cadets,There will be Silver mass accreditation/ workshop for Casualty Evacuation, Outdoor Activities and Footdrill. Please note that you are only allowed to go for the workshops/ accreds only AFTER you've attained your bronze badge in the above mentioned. Those going for the workshop will go through the full package of Syllabus training and accreditation. The Footdrill, Casualty Evac and Outdoor Activities mass accred will take place on 15 august. Full details are below:
1) Casualty Evacuation WORKSHOP:
Date : 25 july 2009 and 15 august 2009
Time: 9am - 5.30pm (for both days)(lunch not provided)
Venue: Red Cross Campsite (62 Jalan Khairuddin, Singapore 457524)
Attire: Mufti (school/ Red Cross tshirt with dark coloured trackpants and school shoes)
Things to Bring: Stationary, Water Bottle.
2) Outdoor Activities WORKSHOP:
Date: 25 july and 15 august
Time 9am - 5.30pm (for both days)(lunch not provided)
Venue: Red Cross Campsite (62 Jalan Khairuddin, Singapore 457524)
Attire: Mufti (school/ Red Cross tshirt with dark coloured trackpants and school shoes)
Things to Bring: Stationary, Water Bottle Metal Fork And Metal Spoon
3) Footdrill WORKSHOP:

Time 9am - 5.30pm (for both days)(lunch not provided)

Attire: report in FULL UNIFORM

Attire: REPORT IN FULL UNIFORM
Things to Bring: Stationary, Water Bottle, Footdrill Silver accred record sheet
Pre-requisite: Full Knowledge in Footdrill Silver, as this is an accreditation. There will only be revision in the morning, followed by accred in the afternoon.
Please note that the closing date for registration is 20 july. So if you want to go, let us know asap. For those who dont have your bronze badge but interested in the above courses, please let us know so we can try to arrange a date for you to learn the bronze syllabus and get accredited for it. If possible, we can also get the sec1s to be involved in the bronze accred. But it depends on your attendance for it. I strongly encourage you guys to go for this. The next accred is alot later in the year. I want you guys to get your silver badges by this year, if possible gold. Your uniforms are all very blank. If you have noticed, all workshops and accreds are on the same day. This means you can only choose one to go for. Please choose the one you like or prefer to go for, not the one your friend is going for. Remember, if you like what you are going to go for, you will do better in it. Please pass the message around. Tagboard has been created. Any question/queries and you cant find us in school? use the tagboard. Oh, and one more thing, the footdrill accred/workshop, when i say REPORT IN FULL UNIFORM, i mean you have to change before going there, not change at the place itself.
Directions to 62 JALAN KHAIRUDDIN:
> Take a MRT and get down at KEMBANGAN.
> Come out at the 'Cheers' shop side, i think its the right side.
> Walk towards the bus stop and cross the road.
> there's only one bus, 42 if im not wrong, take it. Dont miss the bus.
> your destination is only about three stops away. Look out for signs/other RC people taking the bus.
> i advise you to go in a group, not individually. Dont go late.
